There’s a risk that products could fall to the ground during transportation, assembly and repair processes.
The situations encountered during the product's falling process should be observed in advance, and precautions should be taken.
There are standards such as UN38.3 on the batteries to measure these risks.
Generally, the products are dropped from a height of 1 meter to a specific floor, and the resulting risks are observed.
It is obligatory to test the products with the risk of explosion and burning in a closed cabin.
We, as always, designed ATMACA Drop Test Cabinet to do the best and added functions such as;
⚫Autonomous grasping of the product in the closed cabinet,
⚫ Recording the events during the falling process with cameras from two different angles,
⚫ Intervention windows in case of fire,
⚫ In-cab smoke evacuation system, and many more features.
We kept the grip area wide so that it can test all products, not just batteries.
We have carried out studies to make the fall floor replaceable.
With all these features, ATMACA is a patented product.
