On December 15, the first day of the 6th Battery Technologies Conference held in Kayseri on December 15-16-17, ASSGUARD and ASPLSAN inked a Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
The 6th Battery Technologies Conference brought together ASPLSAN and ASSGUARD, two major defence businesses that had inked an MOU during SAHA EXPO.
Following the signing of the agreements at SAHA EXPO, ASPLSAN and ASSGUARD decided to collaborate on the issues of Battery Management Systems (BYS) and Power Distribution Systems.
Following the signatures, ASPİLSAN Enerji General Manager Ferhat ÖZSOY and ASİSGUARD General Manager M. Barışdüz, who signed the agreement on behalf of respective organizations, issued a joint statement.
"We have no doubt that we will undertake successful works together after the cooperation agreement we signed with ASİSGUARD, a Turkish company with 100% domestic capital that develops its activities in defence and public security technologies with its own resources," ASPİLSAN Enerji General Manager Ferhat Özsoy said in a statement following the signing ceremony. And added “We will collaborate with ASİSGUARD on initiatives in the fields of activity and interest of technologies such as Battery Management Systems and Power Distribution Systems as ASPİLSAN Enerji, one of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation's firms. In this scenario, we will continue to serve the national economy to assist the development of our industry."
