ASPİLSAN ENERGY TAKES ITS PLACE AT THE SAHA EXPO

With its most recent products, ASPLSAN Energy took part in SAHA EXPO 2022, which was held by SAHA Istanbul, Türkiye's and Europe's largest Defense, Aviation, and Space Industry cluster, between October 25 and October 28, 2022, under the sponsorship of the Presidency.

At ASPİLSAN Enerji, the host of SAHA EXPO 2022, cutting-edge innovations created locally and nationally were presented to industry representatives.

The SAHA EXPO 2022 will bring together all the stakeholders in the military, aerospace, and aerospace sectors, including major defence industry corporations as well as SMEs, universities, suppliers, and R&D centres, according to Ferhat Özsoy, General Manager of ASPİLSAN Enerji. As an organisation of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation, ASPİLSAN Enerji has worked for 41 years with the goal of providing solutions that will lessen our nation's reliance on foreign energy systems.

Our cylindrical lithium-ion battery production plant, which began mass production in June, was a domestic and national achievement in the field of energy storage within the context of this objective for ASPİLSAN Enerji. The cylindrical batteries made in our facility are particularly employed in the defence industry, in radios, in various portable systems, in the civil sector—from vacuum cleaners to electric bicycles—in the telecommunications business, to energy storage systems, and in electric vehicles.

As ASPİLSAN Enerji, we bridge a significant gap in this market by supplying batteries for numerous businesses operating in the recently expanding e-mobility space. In the process of switching our telecommunications firms' base stations from lead acid batteries to lithium-ion batteries, we have also taken on a significant duty.

In light of this, we are thrilled to showcase our most recent innovations at SAHA EXPO, which brings together a whole ecosystem. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who helped with the occasion.
